Refund policy

If you've changed your mind about an item* you have purchased, you can return it by post within 30 days, Please note we do not accept returns made outside of the 28 day period. Please ensure that all items are in original condition, unopened, unused and any seals and cellophane are intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

*By original condition we mean:

• All original packaging is in a good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
• All accessories and paperwork are included.
• The product is unused, unopened, and seals and cellophane are intact.
• Items sold in a multipack must be returned together.
• 3 for 2 items can be returned individually but will be refunded based on the promotional price paid.

Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be rejected.
